Back To School Campaign

Haiti is facing a severe humanitarian crisis due to gang violence and food insecurity. Over five million people are acutely food insecure, and families are struggling. Despite this, there is hope. With your support, children in Grand Goave can return to school and find stability.

We are asking for your support to help students in Grand Goave return to school. For over 30 years, One By One volunteers have worked alongside this community.

This is the third year we have provided backpacks and sponsored children in local schools...with the state of affairs in Haiti now, sometimes school is the only meal the children get that day!

 

 

The new school year begins in September, and our goal is to fund enrollment for 30 children and provide 95 children with backpacks and school supplies. The costs are:

  • $200 for annual tuition per child
  • $40 per child for school supplies and a backpack

All donations are tax-deductible (EIN #32-0758619).

Your contribution will provide hope for a child who might otherwise be left behind.
